I&#039;m thinking perhaps 500F is too warm. it cooks the outside too fast but not the insides. The second pan I&#039;m putting in is baking at 350F and on a rack, one position higher. *fingers crossed* let&#039;s see how this one goes... </description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I tried them.
