I might have mixed them for too long. They didn't rise well and when I removed them they were still not baked in the middle. I did not twist the cutter as I pulled out so it can't be that... I'm thinking perhaps 500F is too warm. it cooks the outside too fast but not the insides. The second pan I'm putting in is baking at 350F and on a rack, one position higher. *fingers crossed* let's see how this one goes... I tried them. I might have mixed them for too long.
