Whole30 Day 4


Weight Loss, Whole30 / Saturday, March 15th, 2014

No sugars or grains. No dairy or legumes. Yep, I’m doing the Whole30 for the next 30 days. Here’s how it’s going:

Yep, that about sums it up.

What I Ate:

  • Breakfast: Veggie omelet (sautéed mushrooms, onion, bell peppers) and a banana
  • Lunch: Grilled pork tenderloin, baked sweet potato and steamed green beans
  • Snack: Pistachios and an apple
  • Dinner: Big salad with grilled chicken breast (using this recipe for the marinade, minus the tequila), avocado, black olives, sliced jalapeño, grape tomatoes, lettuce and Rick Bayless’s Lime-Cilantro Vinegreta
