I kept the recipe as is for the most part, but added a smidge of dry chai spice powder to the mix, and a bit of cinnamon to the apples while they were cooking and also to the streusel mix.
For my tastes, it could still use a bit more oomph, so if I make it again, I&#039;m going to add still more chai spice to the cake-part of the mix. </description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Made this over the weekend.
