Just enough spice and lots of flavor! I added a chopped green bell pepper and used 1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb ground turkey. We didn't eat it with Fritos, but I did fry up some quartered flour tortillas, which were amazing. I think there are a lot of ways to make dish-with chicken, without meat, over rice. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks!

I made this a few weeks ago when my boyfriend was in town. We both loved it! They were so sweet when they found out we were from KY and we really wasn't try to get three meals out of the all you can eat buffet. I think my youngest ate a gallon of this that day, lol.

My daughter loves taco’s anyway they are made…this soup craving of her’s began in Lima, Ohio, when my husband (boilermaker) left for a thirty minute job and me and my two girls were left at a Denny’s buffet place for eight hours. I loves it.
