Replaced a small part of the oats with flaxseed meal and wheat germ to add a few different grains.  Have also made them with Quaker Oats Multigrain &quot;oats&quot;  too.  Both work great.  Even added a few drops of peppermint. Or roll in wax paper, freeze and slice for a slicker look for a party.
