What an interesting combination. I'm a cranberry fanatic, but I never would have thought to serve them with mushrooms. I'm super curious now and can't wait to try this!

Great post and surely one that i will bookmark! I am responsible for an alternative to the traditional cranberry sauce this Thanksgiving. I might make the salsa…not sure if my mother will like it, but everyone else would! I can bring her a can.

Hey, this is a great idea for a night-b4-Thanksgiving dinner. I've never thought about using cranberries in a salsa, but I love the way it tastes alongside goat cheese. Great post!
