Your blog never ceases to amaze me, I love it. I work in a very high end kitchen with an executive pastry chef and he gets upset because I always say "I'm a baker!" Sometimes I just want a snickerdoodle rather than "langues de chat". I LOVE this dessert, my grandma use to make it for me all of the time, and you've made this classic SO elegant and fun! Your recipe sounds so great.

My dad loves banana pudding…your version sounds much better than the one he grew up on.
