My kids love it.  I make double batches &amp; they have it heated up for breakfast (good food for our rubbish british winters).  Everyone adores it.  You cant get corn muffin mix over here but I found a copycat recipe for it on the net &amp; use that.  They also love Red Velvet Muffins, which I make using Cake Man Raven&#039;s recipe.  We have only just started to get the american food network over here &amp; i look forward to more good american recipes.
